Establishing a strong and memorable visual identity for Claims Analyser, Deloitte’s interactive tool for the future of next-generation insurance claims.

Deloitte’s Claims Analyser tool is a digital, web-based app that collects self-certified voice and video data for use in insurance claims of all kinds. It represents a new and exciting proposition, applying cognitive technology to monitor voice interactions based on speech, behavioural and human emotional tendencies to produce a risk-based classification.

We were appointed by Deloitte to develop the associated narrative, key messaging and brand design for the Claims Analyser tool’s initial launch to market.
Our suggested strapline: ‘Smart, focussed decision-making’ underpinned the creative work, backed up by professional, confident imagery and iconography.

Our talented digital team also introduced an engaging set of animations that explained and supported the marketing proposition and added strength and vibrancy to the overall campaign.

Thanks to the close attention to detail and the well-informed design process provided and led by Detail, clarity and consistency was achieved throughout the resulting digital communications campaign, printed collateral and exhibition display materials for Deloitte.
