Strategic rebrand energising future growth for sales and telemarketing agency Hello Hello
Hello Hello is a successful sales and telemarketing company, delivering extensive outsourced services. These range from call answering and call campaigns to sales prospecting, CRM implementation and PR, SMS and LinkedIn campaigns. The company was operating under the name ‘Say Hello Hello’ when we were asked to lead a strategic rebrand for the business.
We worked alongside the team at Say Hello Hello to review its culture, values and vision. The themes of ‘conversation’ and ‘engagement’ came up repeatedly and informed our approach to updating the brand. We created a set of core values around the concepts of being proactive, collaborative, articulate, reliable and committed to quality customer service. As part of that work, we suggested a name change, dropping the word ‘Say’ to present the company as Hello Hello. This streamlined the brand, brought it up to date and presented it as a far stronger prospect in a highly competitive marketplace.
We used our collective expertise in branding and renaming strategy to invigorate Hello Hello. Creating a premium brand that reflected the company’s values, objectives and future aspirations.
Our aim was to position the company as an authentic, proactive partner for customers looking for help with telemarketing, sales prospecting and lead generation. The project began with a series of in-depth interviews and research into the company’s core values as well as business objectives. We wanted to produce a creative, authentic brand that capitalised on the years of expertise and goodwill built up by the talented team.
Ideas around conversation and collaboration were strong themes in this preparatory work. They were a strong influence in both the change of name and the new branding, incorporating speech marks into the new logo to make a clear visual connection and offer a straightforward, memorable narrative. We combined modern fonts, colours and photography to create a compelling visual identity that set Hello Hello apart from its competition and helped the company stand out online.
We collaborated closely with Hello Hello’s website developer, ensuring seamless implementation of the brand on the new website. A cohesive set of digital assets and brand guidelines enabled Hello Hello to successfully launch their new brand, website and digital marketing initiatives.
I had seen the work of Detail in the past and sat quietly impressed, waiting for an opportunity to make use of their expertise. Wow – is all I can say.
