An emotive rebrand to reflect the essence of charity Himalayan Trust and raise awareness of the work they do to support the mountain people of Nepal.

Set up by explorer and philanthropist, Sir Edmund Hillary, the Himalayan Trust UK works to improve education and transform health provision for the communities around the Himalayas and nearby regions of Nepal.

Detail was engaged to refine the existing logo and freshen the branding, colour palette and website to rejuvenate the charity’s image and bring it up to date. We introduced a softer, more contemporary typeface and emphasised the community nature of the charity’s work by introducing people to the logo. A modern colour palette reflected the Nepalese flag and added a vibrant feel to the overall brand.

Finally, we relaunched the charity’s website, introducing a well-considered customer journey and plenty of updates and information about how to get involved. The new site is attracting national and international visitors and properly reflects the wide range of projects that the Himalayan Trust UK is involved in.
