New brand positioning for the next stage in the evolution of an authentic, Sussex vineyard wine brand.
Stopham Vineyard is an established, single vineyard business, producing fine English wine with passion and precision. Founded by a former F1 engineer with a deep love of viticulture, every step of the wine production process is carried out meticulously.
We were invited to work with Stopham Vineyard to refresh their brand and help them attract new customers. We began by researching the local area, as well as looking at the future objectives of the business.
Next, our team created a new brand and positioning statement: ‘Passion and Precision, Craft and Sustainability’. We took inspiration from the distinctive tree growing in the vineyard grounds, which gave a real sense of ‘place’ as well as a strong link to the sustainable approach taken by the company to its wine production methods.
We also selected and refined a new logotype for the vineyard, adding key details to the geometric letter forms to display elegant symmetry and attention to detail. A naturally vibrant colour palette added a final, energetic touch.
Our work has resulted in a confident brand that is synonymous with the values of this flourishing Sussex vineyard. The team has felt able to grow its reach and engage better with new customers.
